The team was awesome and really taught me the exercises to get back on track. I had a muscle injury in my leg and the pain lasted me almost 3 years, but after just a few months and dedication the pain was gone and I had more strength and the tools to maintain the progress the team worked so hard to help me achieve. I highly recommend STI at Arcadia!! They are fun but professional, treat you like a person, not just an \arm or hip\! I have been there for both shoulder therapy (which has kept me away from surgery) and broken wrist therapy, and I still go back once a month for a \tune-up\. I would not be functioning as well as I am if it were not for this team of people-thank you all!
